One of my favorite things to do while on a cruise is simply wandering around the ship’s deck with my camera in hand, capturing random moments and details. There’s something about the lines, textures, and architecture of the ship that makes for surprisingly interesting photos—especially as the light changes throughout the day. Whether it’s the golden glow of sunrise, the stark shadows of midday, or the soft hues of sunset, each moment offers a different mood and a unique perspective. It’s a peaceful, creative way to experience the ship beyond the usual activities.

Good.
When I was younger I worked a little bit in the offshore oil industry on platforms and pipelay barges in the Gulf of Mexico. I had a specialty role and when I was done I loved looking at the big skies of the gulf..
Thank you.
The gulf has one of the best skies.
Beautiful shot of the sky!
The skies and the seas are ever changing, and there is always something to ponder on a ship.
You expressed in this photograph the peaceful time of day. Nice job.
Thank you.
I love sitting on the deck just watching the water.
Thank you.
