This cute bird joined me last year at the Dallas Arboretum. I’d never had a wild bird come that close and let me take photos. You’d think it thought it was a model, it posed and let me get many shots before I finally let it go on begging others for handouts.

Perfect Moment
Looking out over the reflecting pool at the Dallas
Arboretum, a lone woman stands surveying the beauty around her with the
arboretum and White Rock Lake in the distance.
She almost looked as if she stepped into the present from somewhere in
the past. She wouldn’t be out of place
on the porch of a big antebellum mansion or walking by a pond in the English countryside. Just a stranger captured in a perfect
moment.
