Mississippi Spring

It seems that spring may have finally arrived here in Mississippi. Many of these trees will soon have leaves and the ground will be green with grass. We have had an unusually cold winter this year, by many standards, and a record amount of snowfalls for one winter season. I know that the warmer weather will be welcomed with open arms, and the colours of the spring will be welcomed with my camera.

Sounds like the same thing here in New York State. Today is sunny and 48. You would think it was 80 by the way everyone is behaving. spring fever is in the air.

It's a beautiful scene, even in winter. I'm sure, though, that you'll enjoy the onset of spring.

I can't wait, it's sunny here, but just a few snowdrops and crocus out!

Life would have been so cold if there's only one season. Let's thank the creator for making it four seasons and here comes the spring.

Thanks for stopping by Portland Oregon Daily Photo. It's great to read a fellow Mississippian's blog! Heard from my aunt in Puckett and my brother in Flora that it snowed again yesterday. Record number indeed!
