One World Trade Center rises from the footprint of the Twin Towers, a powerful symbol of resilience in the face of tragedy. My first visit to the site was in March 2002, when it was still a mound of rubble. Returning in 2023 was an emotional experience—standing in a place that once embodied global grief and witnessing its transformation. The new tower, soaring like a faceted jewel into the sky, is a breathtaking testament to strength, renewal, and hope.

Beautiful shots!
I agree, it is a beautiful building.
Thank you.
Wow ... majestic in form and powerful in its message!
Thank you.
I grew up in New York City and was in the Twin Towers several times before I moved out of the city. I was at ground zero August of 2002 and what an emotional experience that was. I've seen the new Freedom Tower from afar but have not been in that area in many years. Great captures.
You were at Ground Zero just a few months after me in 2002, I was there in March. Going to the World Trade Center site and seeing the memorial was a profoundly emotional experience. I honestly didn’t expect it.
