...for many years with I was in the nursery business, I'd wish my suppliers in the Portland Oregon area. Back then real estate was reasonable priced, but folks from California discovered this and started moving in. There were many bumper stickers that said, "don't Californate Oregon."

They say the same in Texas… I laugh because I’m from Mississippi and I’m more likely to Californiate Texas than some of those coming from Cali.
Hopefully I'll see it for myself one day!
